Psychiatrist Param Shukla sentenced in sexual assault

" ... Param Shukla, 38, of Brookline pleaded guilty in Suffolk Superior Court to one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 ... "

" ... On top of probation, Shukla’s Massachusetts medical license will be revoked, he will have to register as a sex offender, provide a DNA sample for a database of convicted felons and complete a treatment program for sex offenders ... "
